Rubber hydraulic hoses are used in high pressure hydraulic systems for control and power supply. It is dedicated to hydraulic systems and equipment in many different sectors, such as construction machines, mining, industrial processes, agriculture, road construction equipment, drilling, forestry machines, material handling and lifting, road transportation, marine and off-shore, and many others.

High pressure hydraulics is a means to transmit, control and distribute energy and power using a pressurized liquid, most often oils or water based fluids as medium.

hose range meets the ISO, EN, SAE, JIS International Norms while the EXTREME hose range is designed to meet special performance and requirements in OEM severe applications.

The hose families follow traditional norms or the isobaric modern approach, which features a friendly methodology for users thanks to constant pressure levels for any size.Rubber hydraulic hoses are used in high pressure hydraulic systems for control and power supply. It is dedicated to hydraulic systems and equipment in many different sectors, such as construction machines, mining, industrial processes, agriculture, road construction equipment, drilling, forestry machines, material handling and lifting, road transportation, marine and off-shore, and many others.

There are 3 (three) types of hoses can be classified into three different construction types :

1. Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R1AT/ EN 853 1SN
The hoses are used for medium pressure hydraulic applications including mobile, machine tool and agricultural applications,using petroleum or water based hydraulic fluids.

This hose consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single steel wire braid reinforcement, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

Temperature range of this hose is -40°C To +100°C (-40°F To +212°F).

2. Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R2AT/ EN 853 2SN
The hoses are used for high pressure hydraulic oil lines used in construction, machine tool and agricultural applications using petroleum or water based hydraulic fluids.

This hose consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber,two braids of steel wire reinforcement ,and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
Temperature range of this hose is -40°C To +100°C (-40°F To +212°F).

3. Hydraulic Hose EN 856 4 SH/ EN 856 4SP Katup,Selang & Sambungan
The hoses are used for Very high pressure applications used for petroleum based hydraulic fluids.

This hose consist of an inner tube of oil resitant synthetic rubber ,four spiral plies of steel wire wrapped in alternating direction,and an oil and weather resitant synthetic rubber cover.

Temperature range of this hose is -40°C To +125°C (-40°F To +230°F).
